As a freelancer, the interaction with my clients is integral to creating a final design. Below is a look into my process when we collaborate on a design solution.
Initial discussions
Identify what problem is to be solved and which outcome serves the project best.
These first meetings are spent learning more about the client, their values and goals, and how a solution can be tailored to specific needs.
Ideation
Using our discussions as a framework, time is spent creating a few iterations of a potential design.
As these are refined, they are sent to the client for review/reflection.
Review
Clients comment, offering changes they want made or questions to be answered. By making iterations of the design, we create a solution that meets our agreed upon goals.
Delivery
After the design is finalized and subsequently approved by the client, the files are packaged and delivered in an appropriate format for client use.
